12 ripe peaches
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 bottle Magnotta 2006 Canadian Passito Vidal VQA
whipped cream
1. Peel and slice peaches. Place in a glass bowl.
2. Add lemon juice and toss to coat fruit.
3. Pour Magnotta 2006 Canadian Passito Vidal VQA over fruit and cover.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Arrange on dessert plates and top with whipped cream.
